Access to PMIS

From May 2002, telnet access to PMIS is no longer available. Access to PMIS is now via a browser, using an applet called JInitiator.

The PMIS application form, 3.08a, is available on the web in RTF and PDF formats. The PDF version requires Adobe Acrobat Reader (refer to the Forms page for further information and to download the Reader) and is 'electroncially fillable', but you can't save the form with your data. The form will also require your Computing Liasion Officer (CLO) or local IT support person's contact information, and all requests for access to PMIS must be approved by the Head of Division or Office.

You will also be required to read and sign the Conditions of Use. Forward the completed form to Lorraine Francké, Manager, IT Systems, Human Resources (extension 9747).
