Macquarie University Human Resources Forms
Some things to remember when accessing HR forms:
- The forms on this website are either in PDF (Portable Document Format) or RTF (Rich Text format) and are an alternative to the hard copy form.
- All our forms in Adobe Acrobat require version, 3.0 (or later) of Adobe Acrobat Reader. See the Adobe web site for more information about Acrobat Reader.
- You can download Acrobat Reader by clicking on the 'Get Acrobat Reader button' below.
- If you are having difficulties downloading the Reader, you should contact your IT support person or CLO.
- Most, (but not all) of the forms can be filled in electronically - all that is needed is Acrobat Reader, and then should be printed out and sent to Human Resources.
- These forms can be saved while they are 'blank', but once filled in, the form cannot be saved with the information that has been entered.
- The published form itself cannot be manipulated using Acrobat Reader. Many fields allow the entry of multiple lines of text, however they are limited to the space available. If there is not enough space for a particular section, attach a separate page to the form.
- After filling in a form electronically, a field that has a 'flashing' insertion point may not print (click away from the field to get it to print).
- When accessing one of our forms in Rich Text Format (RTF), you can also save it to disk, rather than clicking on the link to view it straight away (right-click on the link to save the form).
