2001-2002 Payment Summaries (Group Certificates)

Payment Summaries (Group Certificates) are ready and may be collected from the Personnel Office, building C4B. Summaries will be issued to Department/Office Administrators for distribution to staff within their Department.

If your Division is large, you may wish to nominate one person to collect on your behalf. We ask that no individual staff member be sent to Personnel for collection of his/her own certificate.

Envelopes have been addressed to include the employee’s postal address to assist you with posting of Summaries to employees currently away from the University.
