Pay Processing 'Closing' times for Easter and ANZAC Day holidays

The following alterations are necessary to the usual closing times so that pay may be generated for the normal pay days: Forms should be delivered to Workplace Services as follows:

• Appointments/Variations, HDAs, Incremements etc by Wednesday 31 March 2004 (no change)
• Timesheets (for entry by Workplace Services) by Monday 5 April 2004 by 3.00pm
• Timesheets (entered by Divisions/Departments) by Tuesday 6 April 2004 by 12 noon

Forms should be delivered to Workplace Services as follows:

• Timesheets (for entry by Workplace Services) by Tuesday 20 April 2004 by 3.00pm
• Timesheets (entered by Divisions/Departments) by Wednesday 21 April 2004 by 12 noon

Don't forget that due to the Easter and ANZAC Day holidays, the closing date for submission of draft advertisements to Workplace Relations and Services has been brought forward as well.

• Easter weekend cut-off: adverts for publication on 17 April 2004 - please submit your documentation by Wednesday 7 April 2004
• ANZAC Day weekend cut-off: adverts for publication on 1 May 2004 - please submit your documentation by Thursday 22 April 2004
