Delivery of time sheets brought forward by one day

Dear Administrator,

Delivery of time sheets for pay of 1 February 2006 has been brought forward by one day due to the public holiday - Thursday, 26 January 2006.

• Please arrange time sheets for checking to be delivered to HR no later than 1.00 pm on Wednesday 25 January.
• Time sheets to be entered in HR are therefore due on Tuesday, 24 January at 1.00 pm.

We ask your cooperation in ensuring that the 2006 appointment arrives prior to dates given above.

Time sheet for payment cannot be processed without a current 2006 appointment.
